Dr. Gary Edelstein, OD has also been serving the Maple Shade Optometric community since 1990. Dr. Edelstein is a graduate of The Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now called Salus University) and is trained in general Optometry for the entire family, contact lenses, low vision, LASIK work-ups, and ocular pathology including the diagnosis of cataracts and glaucoma. In addition, he is a member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, the American Optometric Association, and The Maple Shade Lions Club.

Dr. Edelstein's pursuit of optical excellence is reflected in his honors and accreditations as well as in his compassionate approach to his patients. Dr. Edelstein has been trained in all areas of Optometry so that he may be better able to serve his patients for all of their visual needs. This focus in his Optometric practice has given him an excellent reputation in both the Optometric and local communities.

Michele received her Associates Degree in Applied Science specializing in Ophthalmic Science from Camden County College. She started her optical career working for a chain store, and was disappointed with the lack of quality care, personal touch, and need to up-sell each patient. From that point on, Michele has only worked for private practices. Drs. Wasser & Edelstein hired her in 2002 because of her impeccable work ethic, pride she takes in her workmanship and her detail to perfection. Michele is also a member of the Opticians Association of New Jersey, which supports state regulations to protect the profession as well as the health and safety of patients.

Kathy is a NJ Licensed Optician with more than 30 years experience. She has worked in every aspect of her field including owning her own business, retail outlets, and finally private Optometric offices. She has been with Medford Eyewear center for over 10 years and loves working in her own neighborhood. She prides herself on personal service and having a special rapport with her customers. She has a degree in Ophthalmic Science as well as a BA in English.

Connie has been with Medford Eyewear Center over 7 years as an Optical Assistant. She enjoys the interaction between our patients, and is always willing to share her opinions. Connie has been associated with the Village of Taunton Forge Shopping Center for over 16 years, and she boasts this is her favorite job.
